  • This course covers theoretical concepts, clinical skills, and practical experiences essential for fundamental patient care. Proficiency in skills acquired during laboratory sessions will be applied in a long-term care environment. Successful completion of the course, encompassing theory, laboratory, and clinical components, us a prerequisite for eligibility to participate in the State Competency Evaluation Exam.

    Qualifications —

    • Must be 16 years of age or older

    • Valid State or Government issued photo ID (if there is hole punched in your ID it is not valid; Please check the expiration date on your I.D)

    • Completed Student application (this is a basic application used to gather personal information)

    • Negative Tuberculosis (Tb) test within 1 year.

    • Completed background check
